TRAMITADOR DE SINIESTROS CICOS

Sedgwick selecciona tramitadores CICOS con experiencia para el Área de Siniestros Autos.

Ofrecemos el desarrollo en una de las principales compañías de tramitación y peritación de siniestros a nivel mundial, así como aprendizaje continuo en la tramitación de siniestros auto y otros ramos.

El perfil requerido es un profesional con experiencia y conocimiento en la tramitación de siniestros de autos, convenios, regulaciones y marco legal que de apoyo al equipo actual.

Principales responsabilidades:

• Apertura de siniestros y reporte al cliente.

• Tramitación de siniestros por convenio CICOS y convencional.

• Comunicaciones y actualizaciones con el cliente y la compañía aseguradora.

• Reclamaciones de daños propios y paralizaciones.

• Apoyo a otros departamentos del equipo de tramitación

Detalles del perfil solicitado:

• Formación específica en el área de seguros, valorándose titulación de grado medio o superior

• Experiencia relevante en el sector asegurador y mínima de 3 años en la tramitación de siniestros a motor, primando los años de experiencia en tramitación en sistema CICOS.

• Amplio conocimiento en sistema CICOS (imprescindible) y reclamaciones convencionales.

• Se valorará positivamente los conocimientos de la normativa sectorial relacionada (Ley de Contrato de Seguro, LSRCCVM, RSOSSP, Reglamento Articulado, Reglamento de Mensajes, Manual de Criterios…), así como la tramitación en otros convenios y en la gestión de siniestros por 4º y 5º directiva.

• Se valorará hablar otros idiomas, especialmente inglés.
