Intel Human Resources Management Systems Analyst in Malaysia

Job Description

Responsible as Superuser for the system and tools used in GAR and GER Payroll and Benefit SSC by coordinating with business partners in addressing system related gaps, enhancement and improvement effort.Develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met.Drive efficiency and promote innovation, optimization and improvement throughout the areas of the GAR and GER Payroll and Benefits Organization and beyond where applicable.Automation Business Lead to coordinate with business partners to define the roadmap, drive and deploy automation initiatives.Efficiency/Optimization Coordinator to oversee overall progress and drive overall optimization/reinvestment initiatives.Workforce Planning Lead to establish and sustain the model in alignment with overall Human Resource Global Services (HRGS) framework and drive the application usage in the organization.Other scopes including responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of human resource information systems associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility, and usage of employee information.Responsibilities include data testing and troubleshooting.Evaluates software and hardware needs and may design new or modify existing processes and systems to meet changing demands, and ensures data interface communications internally and externally.Develops requirements and application testing.

Qualifications

The person in the role should have an education and/or related work experience equivalent to Masters with minimum 4 years or Bachelors with minimum 6 years related work experiences. This person has strong process management skillset and systems aptitude Manage projects and processes: Identifies and executes improvement to systems and processes. Uses process improvement tools to redesign and simplify complex processes. Deploys appropriate project methodology and establishes resource needs. Systems aptitude: Has proven knowledge of automation tools such as macros, Power BI, Power Query, SQL Pathfinder and/or similar. Analyzes routine system failures, proposes alternative fixes, and deploys them. Establishes control processes in solutions development and support activities. This is for a 6 months contract role

  1. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly read the system and influence across functional and geographic boundaries.
  2. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  3. Good influencing and business partnership to work in a global environment and through virtual teams.
  4. Good systematic problem solving -possess process analysis and improvement capabilities.

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
